We are equipped with the latest CNC-machines, barrel polish, centerless grinding and in-house heat-treatment facility. In combination with many years of manufacturing expertise and automation know-how, we are capable of achieving highly precise sub-microns requirement. With the latest and most updated equipment, we provide the most accurate control to meet stringent customized requirements, eg. Roundness of 0.3 microns, Roughness of 0.2 microns & etc.

We are able to supply shafts with under 1 mm diameter and we can easily produce more than 12 million pieces of shafts on a monthly basis. We consistently work in partnership with our customers to achieve quick turn-around time and provide design and technical support to all our customers.
