      • (a)
      Tapping on the easily accessible huge workforce and hiring on contractual works 
      basis.
      (b) Providing the flexibility of manufacturing by;
      (i) Line Automation, in which the return of investment (ROI) on equipment and 
          machinery can be realized in a shorter time. 
      or
      (ii) Labour Intensity, on the other hand, can eliminate the high set up cost in 
           addition to the flexibility as mentioned in paragraph (1), whereas 24 hours 
           operation can also be implemented.
